@Vaxonspace is building the neural network in space, one neuron at a time. See how our VLEO satellites can help create the high-speed connectivity and computing infrastructure needed to extend AI across Earth.
Most satellites can't survive at the altitude Vaxon operates at. Atmospheric drag pulls them down fast. We're building Air-Breathing Electric Propulsion to turn that atmosphere into fuel instead. Here's a look at what that makes possible.

Before @AexodusCapital, @chjango helped get the funding for the Curiosity and Perseverance rovers at @NASAJPL. Now she's an early backer of us at Vaxon Space. Vaxon and Aexodus will both be at SF Tech Week this week.

Everyone asks who wins the space race. We think that's the wrong question. The better one: what will every contender have to buy? 🧵

Every satellite in very low Earth orbit pays a tax to the atmosphere. Lower means stronger signals and sharper images. It also means the thing slowing you down is the thing you’re flying through.

Spectrum and ground networks are half of direct-to-device. The satellite partner hasn’t been chosen yet, and the orbit it flies in matters just as much. Lower orbits help the link to a phone, but only if the satellites can stay there. Which orbit they pick is the one to watch.

The Eastern Range hit 100 launches a year in 2025. A 2017 plan expected that by 2030. Cape upgrades to roads and utilities take about three years for phase one, maybe 5 to 10 overall. That's the case for a third range: demand is outrunning how fast the Cape can be rebuilt.

The @FCC approved 15,000 direct-to-device satellites for @SpaceX, including a very low Earth orbit layer around 330 km. VLEO is now a commercial orbit. Staying there means fighting drag constantly. That’s the problem we’re building for at Vaxon.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Elon Musk is giving $10 BILLION DOLLARS in SpaceX shares to America's children, directly, ON HIS OWN This is the DEFINITION of a patriot! 🇺🇸 Elon's critics will STILL take the money for their kids! 🤣 "The move is designed to give young people a direct financial interest in the future of space exploration and technology." With roughly 72 million kids in America and SpaceX shares at about $146, that's around $10.5 BILLION And he says it's only the FIRST of many. While Democrats call him a villain, Elon is handing ownership in America's greatest company to every child in the country!

More spectrum for direct-to-device raises a question about the satellites: lower orbits mean stronger signals to phones, but only if the satellites can stay there. That’s the problem we’re working on at Vaxon.

This is the best video of the week! 🎤😂 In a music scene that has been producing next to nothing for years I’d rather listen to an old banger with today’s real “rock stars”, made by SI

We announced an agreement to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum license portfolio that will pave the way for @Starlink to become a major mobile carrier in the US. With this new spectrum and our Gen2 constellation, Starlink Mobile can ensure Americans have access to high-speed mobile broadband no matter where they are → spacex.com/updates#starlink-…
