Definitely not the ghost of Winston Churchill demonically possessing the Washington Monument. I was going to use Gandhi's pic, but it turns out he was a racist.

It cannot be that it was the most traumatic night of a young woman's life and that she wanted to do it again two weeks later.

"why don't men approach women anymore?"
Men are pathetic weak losers. We women always have to deal with men seeing our kindness as flirting and that "we want them" bruh no we don't leave us alone, stupid whore!

This is actually a really good list and alternative to the ones floating around.
Attention Young Men: I am surrounded by 20 year old girls in my life that are smart, have executive function issues, but they're cute. Guy's keep asking them out, but it doesn't work. Here's the issues: 1) Guys get nervous. Women can tell you're scared, and usually find this offputting. They read your emotions, and if you think this is a scary situation, they're going to trust you and think it's a scary situation. 2) Guys treat a date like a job interview. Asking questions is good, but when you ask them questions that feel like you're comparing them to the ideal woman in your head, they feel unseen. They're being used as an imperfect avatar of something else, rather than discovered as a preexisting entity. They want to be discovered. 3) Guys have weird ideologies. Women can have jobs, and kids, it's not weird, and it's fine if they go to college. We can't return to the past and trying to recruit her for time travel will scare her. 4) Guys boast about their cars and jobs. Really, this shouldn't be the most interesting thing about you. Go do actually interesting things, and then tell stories about that. 5) They try to meet women at yoga classes or whatever. Meeting women organically is great, but doing something-- anything-- *to* meet women is weird. (kinda including dating apps.) You should have quests that you pursue for your own reasons, because you're a man. Women will often be hanging out and seducing them is a side quests. Women don't want to be the main quest. 6) By not having a quest, they are laying there as though they're a corpse. They should do things, and they can do things. The women aren't necrophiliacs. Step 7: Guys won't have plans. Often because they don't want to seem like jerks or like they're being pushy, but this is your side quest and women can say no to ideas they don't like. Pick a venue and a time and ask her to come. Don't ask her what to do, that's delegating the assignment. 8) Guys won't know what they want from the women. Do they want sex, or a relationship, or to get married and have kids? You don't have to say it to her, but you have to know it secretly. Inner confusion breaks out and gives her confusion. 9: IMPORTANT - do not have a madonna whore complex. Sex is a compliment, not an insult, and basically all women are horny. You might not want sex immediately, but she probably is thinking about it every bit as much and you can't resent her for it. 10: "We cannot revive old factions We cannot restore old policies Or follow an antique drum." Some elements of chivalry are eternal, and others have faded and are now inappropriate. Pick up the tab, but don't bring flowers or use a coat to cover puddles or something. You might need to rescue her, or leap from a balcony, but don't LARP it. Step 11: Don't ask her questions about things that don't matter. Her job? Who cares at this stage. Ask her what she's reading, or what she knows a lot about; engage with the material she presents. Most dates don't lead to second date, so it's critical to learn what she has to teach now. Goals, career, hobbies, these can wait. Most guys flunk one of these, and my transgressively young lady friends become tempted by the mid 30s pervert who wants to use them for their dissertation research. If a guy wins on all these, I'd avoid so many scandals.

Huh where in the constitution does it say you can expose an anonymous victim while being aware of credible threats to her safety for no reason other than vindictiveness?

NEW: One of the fraternity brothers involved in the 'Cornell 7' incident says 'Jane Doe' told them their orgy "was normal in the medieval times." Another frat member says *she* was the aggressor and didn't ask for his consent. "I remember the girl in specific saying something along the lines of, 'This was normal in the medieval times,'" said Diego Sarabia, according to the New York Times. Another fraternity member, Gillio Lopes, says Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent. Lopes says he went to get McDonald's after becoming "uncomfortable" with what allegedly happened to him. Another frat member, Winston Lee, also said Jane Doe initiated s*xual contact with him without asking for his consent. "I kind of took a step back because I didn’t want to engage in anything like s*x. I thought it wasn’t the time for that," Lee said. Lee later engaged in s*xual contact with Doe. He asked her if she was comfortable with what was happening, and she allegedly told him, "We’re all consenting adults here," according to the New York Times.

“The girl who accused the men of raping her had actually consented to a night of drug-fueled group sex, and then only accused the boys of rape 2 weeks later when they didn’t invite her to a Halloween party” is a development you’d mock for ridiculousness in a Daily Wire movie.

Media literacy is the new phrase dummies use to say that because people point out the show they like is dumb, that means they didn't understand it. I'm glad you like a dumb, badly-written show. Some of us have standards though.
Gosh media literacy is dying

My JD isn’t from Twitter U, so I guess I’m allowed to speak up. Why would the woman make a complaint when there was no criminal conduct? Because sober regret without self-accountability leads to looking for someone to blame, especially in a campus environment where victimhood and oppression is taught to be the highest status. Even now, her adult peers who should know better are ready to declare her a hero and award her millions of dollars. Who wouldn’t prefer that status to the shame of being flattered into wanting to participate in dishonorable men’s porn fantasies when they didn’t respect you and said mean things about you during and afterwards? Again, look at the woman’s statement to police. Every time she said “No,” (and she said “No” a lot—she was very particular about wanting threesomes and not foursomes and which men could participate and what acts were off limits), the men stopped. The fact that she *did* say “No” means that she wasn’t too incapacitated to give consent—by her own statement to police, she was dictating the terms of engagement all night. Maybe she has a case of “I was plied with alcohol and drugs to loosen my inhibitions and do things I would never do sober.” That’s a reason she shouldn’t drink or take ketamine, perhaps, but New York law permits women to consent to drugs and alcohol to loosen inhibitions, and that’s what happened here. It’s only criminal if the men spiked her drinks and she didn’t know she was taking drugs. Were many of the men cads? Damn straight. I wouldn’t want sons or daughters involved in Greek life, or even going to a school where Greeks control or dominate social life. But disgusting behavior by everyone involved isn’t criminal or actionable. Even the disgusting text sent out isn’t evidence of anything other than objectification. Want a rule that fraternities can’t ever engage in drug-fueled orgies, no matter the degree of consent? Not a bad rule! The drugs alone are reason for the school to punish the fraternity, which appears to be what happened. But that’s not the criminal legal rule in place, in part because women justifiably don’t want their sex lives policed and we’ve decided not to criminalize drug use. As someone else said: (1) sexual freedom; (2) swift and sure consequences for sexual harassment and misconduct; and (3) procedural protections for the accused. Pick two, because all three are incompatible.

As much as I love talking to people who got their JDs from the prestigious Twitter University School of Law, this tweet is not about New York rape law. It's asking why someone would go to the police to report consensual sex. I realize it's more fun to play a lawyer on the internet, but it might be more useful to try to be someone who can read words.
