Angie, in March you said Curt didn’t know he’d resign until the board voted down the boundaries that night. Now you claim the complaints caused his early 2027 exit.
Which is it? Are you saying the state negotiated his resignation? Public record says otherwise.

Angie bragged in 2024 that Dr. Finch got a contract extension…
Fast forward: he submitted his resignation before the extended term was up.
Guess the “win” didn’t age well.
Some people just can’t hack the long game.
“Count yourself fortunate” is rich coming from the wife of the guy who called our kindergartner’s broken ankle “rubber”– after the school left her walking on it for hours.
Maybe the district can finally learn basic care for actual kids while you’re busy learning to walk again.
Angie Finch swore it was “completely false” she ever had teaching credentials suspended.
She herself posted years ago the DOE gave her a choice: forfeit her certificates for a 5-year ban… or hire a lawyer.
Factually, that’s the state putting her credentials on the line.

😡 Board members who put teachers' union demands above student safety should be publicly shamed.

Angie, proud Republican hyping a blue wave while melting down over Hawkins endorsing Cooper?
Cute.
My clients (other side of the aisle) are sliding into my texts for DVUSD # 97 picks – right after your pearl-clutching smut rant.
Cooper wave incoming. Keep screaming.
🗳️ Vote Kristi Cooper for DVUSD School Board!
Kristi Cooper has a strong commitment to the Deer Valley students and community.
She wants to continue her service to this community, so every student gets the education they deserve!

If you Dems wanted more funding in AZ classrooms, you would eliminate DEI and SEL. But you won’t. You’d rather cut teacher salaries than do that. . .

More on Deer Valley Unified: Another district where the employee sits on the dais, equal to his bosses.
Why is Dr. Finch, the superintendent, putting himself as an equal to those who employ him?
Tiffany Hawkins retweeted
Wow! The number of school psychologists in Deer Valley Unified is huge!
Watch out west valley families. ESAs are available for alternatives to this.
.@DVUSD is wanting psychologists in their students' lives, pushing for this to be normal.
Union-run districts no longer stay in their lane, which is why many students can't read or write properly. ⤵️

If you care about Scottsdale USD students and families, you will NOT vote for @KrisMayesforAZ in November. Her priorities are clearly not in order.
AZ Free News: SUSD violated Open Meeting Law...The complaint was filed with AG Kris Mayes back in April, claiming SUSD’s Phase II Design Advisory Team violated Open Meeting Law because it prohibited the public from attending meetings. Mayes waited nearly three months to refer the complaint to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, citing a "conflict of interest" as the basis for not taking on the investigation herself.

Of course you’re voting blue. You keep defending a failing system instead of expecting better for students. We’re looking forward to seeing “your Curt” walk out the door next year.

🗞️Scottsdale Progress notes public school SUSD now a repeat offender of state transparency laws:
Despite 2023 AG's multiple adverse findings against the district, it has "violated laws governing open meetings - again"
"The District escaped punishment then - and now."
📢 Maricopa County Attorney Office sides with grandfather, 30-year Scottsdale resident, who was denied entry to SUSD school closure committee meeting.
Mr Bengert filed the Open Meeting Complaint with the AG, who (for unclear reasons) referred the matter to MCAO.
MCAO to district: despite prior OML violation warnings from AG, district unlawfully structured school closure committee.
“SUSD parents should be outraged that the Governing Board and Dr. Menzel denied them rights guaranteed by law while considering such impactful decision as closing schools,” writes Mr Bengert.
“Any legal violation by SUSD is serious, but this one is especially egregious because it concerns perhaps the most consequential decision of Menzel’s tenure: school closures.”
“SUSD denied [the community] the legal right to attend the meetings, hear the deliberations, and participate in the process. Had parents been allowed to attend, they could have raised questions and concerns for the board to address as the work proceeded.”
“SUSD deserves a Governing Board that sees legal compliance not as a problem to solve, but as an opportunity to demonstrate they truly believe in the values of integrity, honesty, transparency, accountability, openness, and authenticity that SUSD espouses.”
“Unless the Governing Board fully understands and addresses the causes of SUSD’s declining enrollment and evaluates every viable option, it is unlikely to solve the problem. Closing schools under an ill-conceived plan, railroaded through behind closed doors, that fails to assess the full financial impact of the plan is irresponsible and will merely carry the district’s financial problems into the next budget cycle.”

Peek-a-boo, Angie. 👀
You clutched your pearls about the “community circus”…
while Carver already had your name on the freak-show marquee as the headlining white trailer trash act.
Live inside the district?
Congrats, you’re not just watching the trash – you are the trash.

Well…. The President, Paul Carver, did not lead and keep the decorum. I guess he let the “freak show at the circus” and the “white trailer trash” scream from the audience. The circus should have been trespassed.
