Neuroimaging and electrophysiological studies consistently reveal abnormalities in visual, salience, and attentional networks, along with glutamatergic dysregulation and impaired top-down control.
This review highlights the urgent need for research into VSS-specific network dysfunctions to guide targeted therapies.

I was finally diagnosed with VSS a few years back after years of failing to convince any Opthamologist in Vancouver there was something wrong.
