We just built a tool that shows you EVERY YouTube creator your competitors are working with, who they rebooked and how their strategy compares to yours.
We will then show you similar creators that they have NOT worked with so you can be the brand that strikes a deal first.
Many brands don't understand that their competitors are often taking market share from them by investing in YouTubers...
Now those competitive strategies will be easy for your team to track and take action from.
Most brands know working with YouTubers is a huge growth lever BUT still underutilize the channel.
Frankly, it's a more intimidating channel to spend on.
Creators are much more expensive to book, vetting is harder and much of the ecosystem is run through talent rosters and agencies.
We at @superfiliate just partnered with @YouTube to solves these problems and more, I explain it all below 👇
NEVER sleep in the bedroom above your Cofounder...
When @andycloyd and I lived together, we were separated by a VERY thin floorboard...
Andy would go to bed at 10pm and as a night owl, I would head to sleep at 3am.
I was SO cautious to not be loud and wake him up.
Every night at 4am Andy's headphones would die and his phone would automatically connect to his bluetooth speaker...
What came blasting on the speaker that lullabied Andy Cloyd to sleep?
A 300-hour audio series on the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
Andy would stay sound asleep.
Back then I would have paid TOP dollar for any of these sleep brands that are on @Superfiliate today.
Safe to say I learned a lot of history that year.
Please don't sleep in the bedroom above your Cofounder... but if you must... find one of these sleep brands to help you:
coopsleepgoods.com/
sleepkarma.co/
moonbrew.co/
bleepsleep.com/
You will FAIL in creator marketing if you don't understand the Pareto Principle.
It states that OVER 80% of outcomes come from LESS than 20% of inputs.
In creator programs we see that 90-95% of brand revenue comes from the top 1-5% of creators.
Knowing this is true, what should you actually do differently?
It's very simple.
Focus on the breadth and depth of your creator relationships.
You want to drive Net Creator Retention. You want to work with these top performers over YEARS.
Creator marketing is often overcomplicated, at @superfiliate we're focused on bringing the industry back to the basic principles.
Our AI creator discovery tool just dropped... and the early data is soooo so good.
We already have 100+ brands using the product.
We call it @Superfiliate Autopilot.
It sends you a curated list of creators that would be a good fit for your brand/campaign based on any prompt you give it and self improves as you approve/deny creators.
On average, we're seeing a 65.7% approval rating of the creators on the INITIAL list delivered to the brand.
Meaning, if Autopilot delivers you a list of 100 creators that may be a good fit for your brand, 65 of them are approved as a match.
The best part?
The other 35 rejected just provide more context for Autopilot.
The product gets better every time you use it. Our goal is quality (scored on 'brand/prompt fit') not quantity.
We want to deliver lists of creators to you that you will ACTUALLY work with.

Today, we launched a creator discovery tool that ACTUALLY self improves as you use it.
You write a prompt for what creators you're looking for.
Our agent finds creators that COULD match
And then actually watches their content.
You get a curated list of creators in your inbox.
You can then approve or deny those creators and give Autopilot the context as to why you made that subjective choice...
It then goes back out to find more creators with that context.
It's a fundamentally always-on creator discovery.
We're proud of what we built at @superfiliate and here for any feedback!!

hiring for a frontend / design engineer may be one of my most challenging recruits thus far.
$140-180k remote w/ NYC + LA HQs. Early role equity offering & ownership over our design patterns.
the difference between good and great in this field keeps coming down to ease-of-communication and their willingness to break existing conventions.
which is harder to find mostly because the off-the-shelf tools make everyone seem worth talking to, but hasn't been that compelling in my 5 weeks looking.

During recording I said we haven’t had the success reaching new audiences with partnership ads.
I want the world to know since recording, WE HAVE. Reaching net new audiences at alarming rates. Long live partnership ads.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

LOOK AT HOW HANDSOME OUR CEO @andycloyd IS🫶

I’m starting to think that going all-in on whitelisting partnerships AT SCALE - like ripping hundreds of partnerships through a tool like Superfiliate or Leadsie - is the ultimate meta ads hack right now.
Ignore creative strategy, ignore other marketing channels, just product seed like hell, whitelist them all, and beat the algorithm to death with creative volume.
Toss them all into bid caps. Virtually no media buying. Focus all your time on partnerships.
Would be absolutely insane levels of reach.
Pro tip: awkwardly hold your cofounders hand in your fundraising announcement
