Celebrate other builders!
Even when your product is failing.
Even when it feels like nobody is celebrating you.
You’ll be surprised how much positivity comes to you if you celebrate others without any expectations around reciprocation.

Everyone's number 1 problem now is go to market / distribution.
Today I had a call with a friend of mine who runs a successful go to market consultancy in the UK. His business is booming. Customers are knocking on the door left and right. Why? Lots of new companies on the market with "AI" in their headline and often with some initial 6 digit investment.
But investor appetite for AI is waining. It's not as sexy as 2 years ago. A lot of money has already gone into this and in many cases with no ROI. There is also a lot of talk of a bubble. No one is sure anymore.
It doesn't help us here, in the indiehacker community.
My only advice to the people here: please don't think that simply because you can build you will win. The chances of us winning have not increased. Maybe its even the opposite: its become harder to win simply due to increased competition. Start your marketing / distribution from day 1.
I heard a great quote recently which goes something like: if you can sell going from door to door, you can sell anything.
Learn to sell door to door.

i've realized that if you dont REALLY want something (to get a 6 pack, make $1M) then you will likely NOT get it
but if you REALLY want something then it will happen, you will make it happen. you will wake up and go to sleep thinking about it... until "it" happens
