In economics, it's argued that more transparency is a good thing. This could apply to healthcare, too, but there are reasons to be skeptical. While it may help, increased transparency isn’t the answer to meaningfully reducing patients' out-of-pocket costs.

Agree.
Further, while it's important to find root causes of chronic disease, her vision seems pre-determined. And talk about shared decision-making ignores the fact that so many people don't have a doctor. MAHA influencers live in a concierge medicine bubble, removed from reality

Uhmmm...no.
No no no no no.
I'm no fan of tons of medical specilaties, but asserting that America is sicker because of growing medical specialties is bonkers.
Patients go to doctors because they are unwell. They go to specialists when they don't get help from primary care doctors.
This isn't hard.

The claim that the chickenpox vaccine “caused shingles epidemics” is a resurrection of an old immune-boosting hypothesis that was modeled, debated, and then tested against decades of real-world data. Shingles rates were rising before vaccination, have risen in countries without universal varicella programs, and track far more cleanly with aging populations than with pediatric immunization schedules. Meanwhile, childhood hospitalizations and deaths from varicella collapsed after vaccination. That is not a trade of one plague for another; it is disease prevention working exactly as intended.

We're lost as a nation.
It's been a good 250 year run. But the Republic is on life support.
Everyone is to blame. Not just Trump: From the media to enablers in and outside government to feckless opposition. But Trump is the straw that stirs the drink, the cancer that metastasizes

If the government legalized drugs there'd be zero need for black market illicit products. We just keep banning relatively harmless products (like ecigs etc.) or pot by thinking prohibition will magically work this time!

Dr. Mehta was exposed as a complete lightweight in the courtroom Ddduring U.S. vs. Bothra Chapman’s cross examination of Mehta is hilarious and can be found online. He ran out of the courthouse as fast as he could & deleted his Twitter account before he reached Metro airport 🛫.
