There are more environmentally-friendly alternatives to cremation, such as alkaline hydrolysis (which leaves a PH-neutral, harmless sludge that can be used as fertiliser, and bone-fragments which typically get broken into powder)

Car-dominant infrastructure is simply not financially viable (it creates too high a maintenace burden for the taxes people can pay), boring company tunnels just add another layer of grift to that, because it's all already a grift

Today is #IntersexAwarenessDay and the start of #14DaysOfIntersex
We are not intersex ourselves, but many of the most important people in our lives are
One of them finally managed to get diagnosed this year after 9 years of struggle to do so, so we're celebrating that a little
Today is #IntersexAwarenessDay
We are not intersex ourselves, but many of the most important people in our lives are.
We see how hard society and gatekeepers make it for them every day.
And how much recognition and support can mean to them - just like to everyone who is LGBTQIA+

🖤They could make a good movie out of that. Not if they try to make him the protagonist though.
Also, regular reminder that there's already an Opera about it (in russian, with english subtitles):

This video does an excellent job of taking apart Behaviourism in general, how it does not work and actually harms, and yet is omni-present in our society.
While also taking a good look at our school systems/grading.
We highly recommend it.

💜The most "extreme" example I can think of from german pride events is people wearing pet- or pony-gear, and drawing a small carriage.

Marx actually traded stocks himself, saying that it is worth it "in order to relieve the enemy of his money"
Draining Capitalists through the stock market is OG anti-capitalist praxis, unsurprisingly.

ALT Karl Marx writing to Lion Philips, 1864: I have, which will suprise you not a little, been speculating - partly in American funds, but more especially in English stocks, Which are spriging up like mushrooms this year (in furtherance of every imaginable and unimaginable joing stock enterprise), are forced up to quite an unreasonable level and then, for the most part, collapse. In this way, I have made over £400 and, now that the complexity of the political situation affords greater scope, I shall begin all over again. It's a type of operation that makes demands of one's time, and it's worth while running some risk in order to relieve the enemy of his money.
