Tesla Cybercab just appeared under the Oriental Pearl Tower in Lujiazui, beneath Shanghai’s most iconic skyline.
@elonmusk, when will it be road-ready in Asia?
Redacted = D3 for me!
Destiny gamers need to thank @Aztecross for making this happen. If it's not D3, understand that he got all of today's contnet green lit. He used and put his platform on the line to make Sony and Bungie reverse course. Mad respect!

New Future Link Interview 🎙️ with @serobinsonjr, the man behind @elonchron, his daily no-spin chronicle of Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, Starlink, X, The Boring Company and xAI.
We talk about:
🛒 How years in retail management trained him to dig through the BS
🚀 Why SpaceX is the hardest company to cover
🧠 Neuralink's speed, and why "patients are not props"
✅ Elon replying "Not true" under his posts (twice!)

Thank you, Steven, for doing this with me. 🙏
This is great! It removes an outdated barrier, making it easier and more reliable for commercial drones to stay connected beyond visual line of sight by letting them use ordinary cellular networks in the 800 MHz band.
It doesn’t change Part 107 rules, but it removes a that barrier that has limited how far and how routinely drones can fly using cellular links.
Think no longer having to change your location to do Terafab flyover videos! LOL

TESLA published US 2026/0337041 A1 titled "Process for Recovering Lithium from Energy Storage Device Materials, and Compositions Thereof".
It describes a method of recovering lithium and/or other metals from energy storage device materials (battery scrap or end-of-life streams). This is new and centers on recovering lithium itself as lithium hydroxide.
The process:
- Forms a raw mixture from battery scrap or end-of-life material.
- Reduces that mixture (using nitrogen and/or hydrogen).
- Leaches the reduced material (primarily with water).
Produces a liquid that contains lithium hydroxide and a solid that still holds the other metals.
- Separates, purifies, and crystallizes the lithium into lithium hydroxide monohydrate.
The practical difference is that this route is designed to pull lithium out early and directly as LiOH, the form Tesla’s lithium refinery and cell production already use, while leaving the nickel, cobalt, and other metals in a solid that can be processed further.
This is the lithium-recovery work Tesla has said it is piloting to feed its closed-loop system!
TESLA: The company has published US patent application 2026/0339628 A1, titled "AI Inference Compiler and Runtime Tool Chain".
It describes software that partitions a neural network’s work across different processing chips inside an "ego" (an autonomous vehicle or robot) and compiles tailored instructions for each chip.
Figures in the filing depict a Model Y, a Cybertruck, and a humanoid figure, linking the work to Full Self-Driving and Optimus.
A trained graph partitioner assigns neural-network functions and sensor data to specific hardware units; multiple compilers then generate the execution instructions.
The idea is that the vehicle or robot has several different computer chips inside it, some better at certain jobs than others. The software looks at the AI tasks (like spotting objects, reading the road, or planning a path) and splits them up so the right chip handles the right piece. It then writes specialized instructions for each chip and lines those instructions up so they run with as little delay as possible.
The filing also covers ways for the chips to back each other up or share the load, and to stay in sync with each other.

BORING NEWS: Recent design documents shows The Boring Company's Music City Loop station for Nashville International Airport (BNA) at the current taxi and limousine pickup area on the ground floor, roughly 22 feet from the terminal front door.
The station will connect via a short above-ground stretch on Airport Service Road after tunnels emerge near Donelson Pike.
As previously reported, the Metro Nashville Airport Authority approved a 40-year, $34 million licensing deal in back in February that includes an annual fee starting at $300,000 and a $5 per pickup/drop-off charge.
As far as I know, The Boring Company has not yet signed the final contract. Station design and permitting remain underway.

TESLA: SPIE Nederland, the Dutch unit of the European multi-technical services company SPIE, has developed a standardized high-voltage substation that is flexible and relatively quick to build for private-sector energy projects.
The company is applying this to Project Mufasa in the North Sea Port of Vlissingen, Netherlands, developed by Lion Storage with Tesla who is supplying 372 Megapacks.
The facility will provide 1,400 MWh of storage and 350 MW of power output—enough for roughly 200,000 households. It is expected to be operational in the first half of 2027.

SPACEX: Sensationalist Democrat Robert Reich, who served as U.S. Secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton, said on the Coffee Klatch podcast that Democrats should "defund Musk" and begin "laying the groundwork for nationalizing Starlink and SpaceX."
He argued that the companies should be treated as public corporations because of their government contracts and Elon Musk's influence.
No one has publicly supported his comments. But if he said it, then there is a high probability that he was told to say it, and Dems are testing the waters to see if it catches on.
Per Elon, "Stealing companies is a serious crime. Prison for Reich."

SPACEX: SpaceX is reportedly pursuing a deal for +4,000 acres of land owned by the Vermilion Parish School District north of LA 82 near White Lake.
The property consists of six parcels of Section 16 land, which is state-designated for public education use.
Because Section 16 land cannot be sold without legislative approval, the plan is a land swap after an appraisal.
The above map is my best guess location based on the given info. The property is above the former Pecan Island School leased to SpaceX.
It actually shows to be owned by the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of Vermilion. They also own all the property up to the Schooner Bayou Canal to the north and eastward to Hwy 82 as it runs northward.
Vermilion Parish Schools Superintendent Tommy Byler said the spaceport changes the value of the property and raises the possibility of exchanging it for something more financially beneficial to the schools.
Negotiations can begin once the appraisal is complete.

TERAFAB: Chris Gober, former director and chief lawyer for Elon Musk's America PAC, is the Republican nominee for Texas’s open 10th Congressional District.
This district includes Terafab in Grimes County and The Boring Company offices in Pflugerville.
His Democratic opponent is U.S. Army veteran and former Dell Technologies employee, Caitlin Rourk.
The general election is November 3rd.
