Joe Rogan just had on the top cardiologist in the world Dr. Peter McCullough who exposed that Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin’s near fatal collapse during an NFL game on Monday Night Football was from vaccine myocarditis and not from an injury from the tackle:
MCCULLOUGH: “When you have a football helmet and there's a breastplate, there's no way that can precipitate a cardiac arrest. It's never happened in the history of pro football ever. So I knew it wasn't the tackle.”
CONTEXT: McCullough insists the January 2, 2023 incident was a case of vaccine-related inflammation of the heart muscle.
But there's a MAJOR problem with that explanation.
On April 18, 2023, Hamlin publicly announced that his doctors had diagnosed him with COMMOTIO CORDIS.
That's an extremely rare but well-documented condition in which a sudden blow to the chest strikes at PRECISELY THE WRONG MOMENT in the heartbeat's electrical cycle.
The impact can trigger ventricular fibrillation, a potentially fatal abnormal heart rhythm that causes the heart to stop pumping blood effectively.
And here's where the medical evidence becomes especially interesting.
McCullough argues that Hamlin's football equipment should have made such an event impossible.
But according to a 2024 expert consensus statement from the HEART RHYTHM SOCIETY, chest protectors were present in approximately ONE-THIRD of documented commotio cordis cases occurring during competitive sports.
Researchers have even documented cases in which an impact passed THROUGH protective equipment positioned over the heart.
In other words, chest protection can reduce the danger, but it does NOT eliminate the possibility of commotio cordis.
And this isn't merely a diagnosis that Hamlin mentioned once in 2023.
IMPORTANT NOTES: In a 2026 interview with TIME, Hamlin continued discussing his remarkable recovery from the condition, which nearly killed him on national television.
There's another important distinction.
The CDC acknowledges that myocarditis is a RARE but documented adverse effect of certain COVID vaccines, particularly among adolescent and young adult males.
But that DOES NOT establish that vaccine-related myocarditis caused Hamlin's cardiac arrest.
His vaccination status has not been publicly confirmed in the evidence reviewed, and McCullough provides no verified medical evidence that Hamlin suffered vaccine-induced myocarditis.
McCullough also speculates that Hamlin may have received a treatment protocol he promotes, despite providing no evidence that Hamlin ever underwent that treatment.
Meanwhile, Hamlin's survival has helped bring national attention to something with an established record of saving lives: IMMEDIATE CPR AND DEFIBRILLATION.
Doctors and emergency personnel performed CPR and used a defibrillator after Hamlin collapsed, helping save his life.
The Buffalo Bills safety eventually made an extraordinary return to professional football.
So the controversy comes down to TWO competing explanations:
McCullough says the chest impact couldn't have caused the arrest and insists vaccine myocarditis was responsible.
Hamlin says his own doctors diagnosed a rare cardiac event CAUSED BY A BLOW TO THE CHEST.

I have been waiting for my son’s fourth brain surgery, which includes replacing the missing part of his skull. Under normal circumstances, this procedure should have been done last December. We have been waiting for many months and have repeatedly contacted the medical team, but the surgery still has not been scheduled or completed.
As a mother, I am extremely frustrated and deeply concerned. My son has already gone through serious medical problems and multiple surgeries, yet we are still waiting for this important step in his treatment.
I believe this situation deserves public attention. I am considering contacting the news media because I want people to understand what families can experience when they are trying to receive necessary medical care.
What I cannot understand is this: Why does a patient have to become critically ill or face a life-threatening situation before the system takes action?
Human life should come first. Families should not have to go to the media before their medical concerns are taken seriously.
I am not trying to attack anyone personally. I simply want answers, accountability, and proper medical care for my son.
I hope the media can investigate this situation and ask some important questions: Why has my son’s surgery been delayed for so long? Who is responsible for coordinating his care? And why does a family have to keep asking and waiting for a necessary medical procedure?
As a mother, I will continue to speak up for my son. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and responsibility.
Honestly, I am very angry and deeply disappointed. I just want my son to receive the medical care he needs before his condition becomes another emergenc
My son is taking medication every day to control his condition, but it is far from enough.
He is now afraid that he could suddenly die.
Two nights ago, he was taken to the emergency room by ambulance.
His brain has shifted inside his skull, and this is seriously life-threatening.‼️‼️
Is there anyone who can help my son get the treatment he urgently needs as soon as possible?‼️‼️
Thank you.

A Detroit woman deposited $50 into BetMGM and turned it into $3.3 MILLION over six days. The casino paid her $100,000, congratulated her, then suspended her account and kept the rest. She spent four years fighting through every court in Michigan just to get her day in court. She still does not have the money.
– Jacqueline Davis deposited $50 into her BetMGM account on March 18 2021 and started playing a game called Luck O' the Roulette.
– Her first bet was $4.50. She lost it.
– She kept playing and over the next six days the Michigan Supreme Court later described what happened as "a heater of epic magnitude."
– As her winnings grew she pressed her bets higher.
– By March 23 she was wagering $5,000 per spin.
– Her account balance reached $3,289,500.75.
– She requested a $100,000 withdrawal.
– BetMGM approved it by email. A VIP host called to discuss transferring such a large amount off the platform. They congratulated her on her winnings.
– The next day her account was suspended for unusual activity.
– BetMGM's investigation found a software malfunction had started on her 28th play.
– Win amounts were being multiplied when transferred from the game screen to her wallet.
– They said her account should have read zero by play 368. They removed the game from Michigan entirely.
– Davis sued for fraud and breach of contract.
– The Wayne Circuit Court dismissed her case.
– The Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal. Both courts said Michigan gaming law gave the regulator exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
– The Michigan Gaming Control Board investigated.
– They found BetMGM had violated rules by failing to report the malfunction promptly and not cooperating fully with the investigation. Took no disciplinary action anyway.
– Davis appealed all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court.
– On July 22 2025 all seven justices ruled unanimously she has the right to take BetMGM to trial. The case was sent back to Wayne Circuit Court.
– That trial has not happened yet. It is now 2026 and she is still waiting.
– BetMGM has not commented.

Beyond the clear aesthetic benefits of bigger stacks, the color-up obsession has technical drawbacks as well. Playing 1500bb with no 100s in play forces players to 2x, 2.33x, or 2.67x. Almost no one would choose these sizes if unrestricted. Forcing such limited choices in terms of sizing hurts the ability to he precise way beyond what is reasonable.
Blind levels should not be amended to fit a color up schedule. Chips should only be taken out of play once they are no longer needed while using a standard 1:2 sb to bb ratio. You should always be able to bet in increments that represent at most 10% of 1 bb with the exception of the earliest levels.
This would mean that 100s come out once entering 5k bb 500s come out after 10k bb is complete. 1ks in play until 50k bb is complete. We shouldn't sacrifice bet size options for the ease of the TD (within reason)
The exception is in turbo events where all ins occur frequently. Aggressive color up is more necessary when stacks are needed to be counted regularly. In an event like the WSOP Main, where all ins are quite rare even as far along as day 5/6 , having larger stacks is a no brainer.

As I said before, I am very pro timebanks in the main, but introducing them mid tourney is crazy. The "does it help recs or pros" conversation is glossing over a few key things:
The first impact of a shot clock is that your brain now has to play a completely new game in addition to poker which is called "manage your time effectively."
When you're taking a timed standardized test, most of your brain is trying to figure out answers, but some % of your brain is also constantly checking the time, evaluating whether it's strategically beneficial to speed up and answer more qs or to slow down and make fewer mistakes. This is a separate process that takes brain power and must run in parallel.
Time management is a strategy game, just like poker. Often times a poker decision is very close, and I decide that it's worth more EV to save a timebank than it is to try to squeeze out some extra equity by thinking longer. Sometimes, I choose to burn timebanks on purpose to balance timing tells. Sometimes, I burn them to stall. It's a complicated game that requires thought, and like all games the more experience you have with it, the more it becomes second nature and can run in the background. If you're encountering this game for the first time, it will take up a disproportionate amount of your mind share.
The second impact is added stress. Putting a timer on some people causes their brains to short circuit, and for others it doesn't faze them at all. Even if you give them tons of time, most people feel the effects psychologically. I think this is generally a GOOD thing - I find that shot clocks make most players act quicker even before they get close to the buzzer (i.e. folding in 2 seconds instead of in 5 seconds), although there are a couple players who chose to methodically take the whole clock every time. But again, introducing this in a huge equity spot as a surprise is so much worse than having it from the beginning where players have a few days to psychologically acclimate to the feeling of being timed.
The third impact is speeding up the game, which obviously benefits better players as you see more hands, but I think that is a good and reasonable outcome, because more hands in general is more enjoyable and better for viewing. Furthermore, it homogenizes the number of hands each table plays, which is fairer.
Then lastly, the question of whether the extra thinking time benefits pros or recs more is sort of a wash. High Roller pros benefit from more time because they think much more deeply about the game, while many recs have very simplistic ideas about poker and think the game is straightforward. On the other hand, High Roller pros are also much more used to the shot clocks and much more experienced with tough spots. Kind of a wash, I think.
The players who are hurt the most are smart, thinking players who have studied some, but are not high stakes pros and have never been under the bright lights and big stage before. These players benefit a lot from extra time, and having several minutes to slowly work their way to a satisfying choice is very beneficial. In backgammon, (where time pressure is a standard part of the game) I am such a player - I play much, much better with extra time, while I think extremely good and extremely bad players improve much less.

About the shot-clocks rule they worked insanely good in my favour but the general sentiment in the room was extremely negative.
The amateur players were extremely thrown off, these are amateurs who have never played with shot clocks before, they didn’t understand them properly. People are coming from all parts of the country from all kinds of cardrooms. To throw them into the deep end like that with ZERO notice was very daunting for them and have a huge advantage for the pros who are used to them and don’t really need to think about them.
I used all of my timebanks within the first 2 orbits on a huge spot, I accepted that I’d be making every decision (every decision worth minimum $250,000) from now on out with 20 seconds. No problem.
People saw this and actively played tighter/quicker so they wouldn’t be put in the same predicament.
We came back from break and everybody was given an extra 4. This was insanely in my favour and other people weren’t happy and rightfully so.
A truly terrible rule in what’s been an extraordinarily bizarre WSOP. You have the best brand, find some players who can advise you who know what they’re talking about.

Here's the story on how I got scammed for $140,000 in a crypto for cash swap in Beverly Hills by Ahmiah Smith.
Four other people got hit by the same girl for $390k, $150k, $150k, and $60k.
The playbook is identical every time: they target someone with a big network in the poker/gambling world and ask if they know anyone who wants a swap. That person intros you to the scammer that seems like a big gambler. You meet somewhere public and upscale, but instead of meeting the person you expect, it's a girl that claims to be their girlfriend. She shows you real-looking bills, you send the crypto, and they're out the door before you realize the money is fake.
I'm asking the poker/crypto community for contacts at @Stake, @tether, trx, and Duel - that's where my/other victim's funds are sitting and Beverly Hills PD needs contacts there.
Otherwise, please RT for visibility. Someone reading this is about to take the same meeting.
And I'm begging everyone to be very, very careful with swaps, crypto op sec, all of it. Maybe I'm a moron, but some of the smartest people I know got hit the same way. If it can happen to us...

The WSOP Millionaire Maker will make 4 millionaires this year but two of them are the WSOP.
I am making a plea for my son’s life: there are serious problems in the Los Angeles healthcare system.
I am writing this out of extreme anger, helplessness, and concern. I must speak up for my son’s life and hope that the relevant authorities take this issue seriously.
In late August 2024, my son was in a serious car accident in Los Angeles and was rushed to Riverside Hospital for emergency treatment. His condition was extremely critical, and his heart function was only about 10%. His life was in danger. I sincerely thank Dr. Sean Kaloostian and his medical team for saving his life.
After that, my son underwent three major brain surgeries and still needs a fourth surgery for skull reconstruction/implant.
However, after being discharged, for the past year (2025–2026), we have been unable to contact his neurosurgeon or primary doctor. We tried many times to make appointments and communicate, but we received no response and could only speak with nurses.
The skull reconstruction surgery planned for December 2025 has still not been done and has no clear schedule.
Even more concerning, in March this year, my son ran out of medication. We needed the doctor to refill his prescription, but we could not reach the doctor. He was without medication for five days. Because of his post-brain surgery condition, he had seizures and was sent to the emergency room again.
As a parent, I cannot accept that a recovering patient is left without medical follow-up and without access to his doctor for such a long time.
I want to ask a serious question:
In the Los Angeles healthcare system, why would a patient recovering from brain surgery be unable to receive proper follow-up care for such a long period?
I ask the relevant authorities in California, the Los Angeles government, and medical regulators to investigate this situation and provide answers.
I only want my son to receive proper medical care, complete his next surgery safely, and continue living. Here, I also want to ask the Governor of California:
If this were your own family member or child, would you treat them the same way?
Where is the medical ethics of doctors?
As the Governor of California, where is your care and responsibility for the people?
We voted for you to become governor—what have you done for ordinary people?
Even the most basic responsibilities are not being fulfilled.
My son is a positive, kind, polite, patient, and caring young man.
Since August 2024, he has had no income, but he has never applied for any government benefits. Not a single dollar.
Even during the COVID-19 period in 2021, when the government provided financial assistance, he did not take any money.
He said there are many homeless people outside who need it more than he does.
Such a righteous, positive, kind, and strong young man is now facing skull reconstruction surgery, but still does not receive proper support.
I feel extremely angry and uneasy about this.
I once wanted to contact TV stations and newspapers to report this story, but I could not find a way.
I really like the X platform, so I decided to post here so more people can know about the serious problems in the Los Angeles healthcare system and the lack of medical responsibility.
I hope the Governor of California will truly do more practical things for the people.
Do more good and more service for the people.
We need public servants who truly care about people and take responsibility.
Is this how you treat people too?
