Big misconception: You think the world is like you You view everything through your lens (which is conditioned) This applies to everything (business, relationships, etc). Also applies to CRO: Never assume that people – especially target customers – are like you.

One big conversion hack I recently found Congruency of style/colors on ad creatives and landing pages If people click on an orange ad and land on an LP with an image of the ocean (no orange) They won't feel any connection between the ad and LP. Creates confusion Kills CVR
