To Brian Moynihan, the Board of Directors, and the executives who run anti money laundering compliance at Bank of America @BankofAmerica: You are not our bank. We are your supply. Every dollar you lend, every point of interest you earn, every one of the $27 billion in profit you report each year begins as a deposit from an American family. You need us far more than we need you. I am writing to make sure every one of those families understands that, and to tell you what happens next. My name is Everett Stern. I am the @HSBC whistleblower. Fourteen years ago I gave up my career and risked my life to hand the United States government evidence of a bank moving money for cartels, terrorists, and sanctioned regimes. I did it in defense of this country. I am doing it again now. To the American people reading this, here is the situation in plain language. Every bank in America is required by law to stop money that belongs to drug cartels, terrorists, and sanctioned regimes. That is not paperwork. It is the wall between the people who want to kill Americans and the dollars they need to do it. On October 13, @USTreasury announced that at Bank of America, that wall came down. The bank did not deny it. In its own resolution with @FinCENnews, Bank of America admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Willful means it was not a mistake. Decisions were made, and the money moved. Here is what Treasury says moved. More than $5 billion in suspicious transactions that were never reported on time, over $1 billion of it tied to national security risks. Trillions of dollars that the bank’s monitoring system failed to properly watch at all. Transactions showing the fingerprints of Chinese money laundering networks. Trade-based laundering with a substantial nexus to the southwest border. Customers flagged for narcotics proceeds whose red flags sat unaddressed. And 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Belarus, Iran, Burma, Somalia, and global terrorism programs, including payments routed through blocked banks and designated individuals allowed to transact because the alerts were not calibrated to catch them. Regulators ordered the bank to fix this in December 2024. More than a year later, Treasury says, it still was not escalating suspicious activity. The price for all of that was $1.2 billion. Two weeks of profit. If a working family paid two weeks of income for helping move money for sanctioned regimes, we would call it an outrage. When America’s bank does it, we call it a settlement. @SecScottBessent said it himself when he announced the penalty: even the biggest financial institutions are not above the law. I agree with him. I am writing to find out whether he means it, and whether you do. Not one person has been charged. Not one. I am working with community leaders in Washington. Republicans and Democrats are standing behind this, because national security does not have a party. Millions of Americans have read my letters to Treasury in the past week. I am pressing Secretary Bessent to refer your board and your AML leadership to the @DOJCrimDiv for criminal prosecution, and I am calling on FBI Director @FBIDirectorKash to open the investigation that should have begun the day you admitted it. To the leadership of Bank of America, the American people have three questions, and I am asking them on their behalf. After your bank admitted to the government that it willfully broke the law, did one executive lose his job for it? Name him. Treasury says your program failed on staffing, training, monitoring, and audit, all at once. Tell the public what you rebuilt. Not what you spent. What you changed. Was anyone at Bank of America held personally responsible for what you admitted, or did the institution absorb it like a bad quarter? The American people are waiting for your answers. So am I. And if those answers do not come, Americans are prepared to respond accordingly, lawfully and peacefully, and in the one language a bank understands. Americans will take their deposits to community banks, credit unions, and regional banks that have never needed a billion-dollar settlement to learn the difference between a customer and a cartel. Americans will stand outside your branches, within the law, and say so. And I will be there with them. This is not a boycott. It is a free market telling a bank what it thinks of blood money. Because that is what this is. Every terrorist attack begins with a wire transfer. Every overdose of an American son or daughter starts at a bank where someone cleared an alert they should not have cleared. No settlement washes that off. The news cycle is not going to save you. The American people are not going to forget. And too big to jail ends here. Everett Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder / Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

Once again, I broke the biggest story of the 2026 election season. Abdul El-Sayed signed a pledge in support of Mohammed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood. Now, it’s all anyone is even talking about in the most pivotal US Senate race in America this election season. Let’s hope the voters of Michigan smarten up and vote against jihadist @AbdulElSayed. Haters can hate all they want. But at the end of the day, I move the needle.

INSANE 🚨 100% of New York adult daycares that were audited WERE FRAUD “We audited 15 of these — There's no record of a single meal, activity, single hour of supervision” ILLEGAL KICKBACKS were also reported with these adult daycares. How the scam works is the daycares will sign people up and offer them $1,000 per month cash The adult daycare can bill about $120 per day to taxpayers. So they make about $3,600 per person and give the person $1,000 of it per month back as a kickback So they pocket $2,600. The person with the Medicaid insurance gets $1,000 Taxpayers are being robbed blind
15 of 15 New York Social Adult Daycares audited yesterday showed no record of a single meal, activity, or hour of supervision — just attendance sheets. These daycares are receiving millions from our Medicaid system and providing NOTHING in return —this is FRAUD!

The U.S. imports $4 billion of Russian products, 1.8 billion of that is fertilizer. The Europeans, the import more than **10 TIMES** that!" 🔥🔥🔥 "The UK in May WAIVED their embargo on diesel and jet fuel made with RUSSIAN crude. Where's the OUTRAGE for the rest of the world?!" Imagine thinking you know more than Bessent on issues like this. Trump is allowing some sale of diesel to help lower American prices. Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica. You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did. I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough. That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch. So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen. I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone. To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash: Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs. Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests? Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied. I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one. I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts. To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica: Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too. Who was fired? Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described. What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop? Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item? And how much is your bonus this year? I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong. Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would. So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once. Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable? Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable. Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them. We need a banker in jail. Everett A. Of course it is. You’re presenting a conundrum to Manila: accept that we are only coercing you if you don’t wish war. If you don’t accept this coercion, then we shall no longer be benevolent and just use force against you. No matter how one reads it, the remark is a threat.

BANKS ARE THE BIGGEST MONEY LAUNDERERS ON THE PLANET. JPMORGAN TOLD THE SENATE IT'S SOMEONE ELSE. Not one of their CEOs went to prison. In 2020, 2,100 leaked bank reports showed the banks themselves flagging over $2 trillion in suspicious money between 1999 and 2017. They moved it anyway. Here's what they've owned up to. TD Bank left 92% of its transactions unmonitored for six years. $18.3 trillion. Pleaded guilty. Wachovia, now Wells Fargo, failed to monitor $420 billion from Mexican currency exchanges. Fine: $160 million. About $200 billion ran through a single Danske Bank branch in Estonia, much of it suspicious. Pleaded guilty. BNP Paribas moved $8.8 billion for Sudan, Iran and Cuba. Pleaded guilty. Standard Chartered was accused of hiding $250 billion in Iran deals from New York regulators. Settled. Deutsche Bank let $10 billion slip out of Russia through "mirror trades". HSBC moved at least $881 million in drug money. JPMorgan kept Jeffrey Epstein as a client until 2013, five years after his conviction. It reported over $1 billion of his transactions as suspicious. A month after he died. And this Tuesday, Bank of America admitted it willfully broke anti-money laundering law. Over $5 billion in suspicious transactions it didn't report on time. Treasury says it "prioritized its revenues." Fine: $1.2 billion. Profit that quarter: $6.9 billion. The US Attorney General said it out loud in 2013. Some banks are so big "it does become difficult to prosecute them." That's Jamie Dimon in the video, at the Senate in 2023. Watch who he blames. Deposit more than $10,000 in cash and your bank reports you to the government. Let $18.3 trillion go unchecked and you get a fine. Two sets of rules. Guess which one you're on.

Did you know El Salvador’s homicide rate will drop below France’s in 2026? It was about 100x higher in 2015. It’s really simple, lock up criminals instead of relativizing their acts, and the problem gets solved. It’s not rocket science, why does the left do the opposite and is then surprised that more people vote far-right parties because they don’t feel safe anymore? Facts and data couldn’t be clearer, criminals must go to jail or be deported and jailed in their home countries. How much more evidence do the lefts need to make European cities safe again? Don’t blame the far-right, or their voters, it’s all the result of your naive and failed left ideology.

This is the post of the year.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

Lee Kuan Yew proved that a nation's destiny is engineered, not inherited. In 1965, when Singapore was unceremoniously booted out of Malaysia, the international consensus predicted absolute state failure. He inherited a swampy, impoverished island with a population of just two million people living in squalor. It had zero natural resources, no agricultural land, no military defense, and lacked even enough basic drinking water to sustain human life. If Lee Kuan Yew had operated on the standard of modern populist politics, he would have spent the next thirty years weeping on international stages, blamed historical external factors, and begged neighboring countries for permanent welfare handouts. He didn't. He went to work. While post-colonial leaders across Africa and Asia turned inward to launch economically illiterate isolationist experiments, Lee championed hyper-globalization. He realized that if you have no domestic market, your only asset is human capital. He cleared the malarial swamps of Jurong, instituted strict pro-market property rights, lowered taxes, and laid down red carpets for Western multinationals like Texas Instruments and Hewlett Packard before the supporting infrastructure even existed. His domestic masterclass was built on structural logic, not ideological fantasies. He gave his anti-corruption units actual teeth, starting with his own cabinet. If a politician stole public funds, they didn't get a promotion or a diplomatic posting, they went straight to prison. Zero tolerance meant global investors knew their capital was safer in Singapore than in London or New York. He transformed subjects into stakeholders through the Central Provident Fund and the Housing Development Board. By aggressively shifting 75% of the population out of slums into state-of-the-art public housing, he gave ordinary citizens a physical, equity-based ownership stake in the country's survival. He instituted mandatory bilingualism and made English the main national language to plug his workforce directly into the global grid. He hired elite technocrats based on raw competence, completely ignoring ethnic divisions. Teachers were paid corporate-level salaries because he understood that a first-world economy cannot be built by an uneducated majority. In a single compressed generation, GDP per capita skyrocketed from under $500 to overtaking the United States and the United Kingdom. The structural lesson of Singapore is a devastating indictment of Africa's current leadership. It proves that poverty is not a permanent geographical curse; it is a choice made by incompetent elites who prefer primitive capital accumulation over national engineering.
