I have some sad shocking news about a Twitter friend to many… @jkzoie Judy Keen. She passed away on Jan 22. We shared a passion for our faith, DeSantis, Massie, pro-life & pro-Israel. Her last X activity was 1/19 RP of @reeseonable. I assumed she was taking an X break. 1/

Being raped by a stepfather from age 9-12 is not a “skeleton” in the victim's closet. Quite the opposite... she showed a great deal of courage as a little girl to go to court and testify against the pedophile her mother married. Too often, these types of horrific crimes never come to light because of the sickening yet common mentality that a child victim should stay quiet to avoid "bringing shame on their family" or to otherwise protect the abuser. Moreover, as a politician, Acton has been pretty open in terms of discussing her childhood traumas. Mind you I do not think she would be a good governor, and I think she was a bad health director whose policies caused harm. With that said, I only have admiration for the fact that she survived and spoke out about something as horrifying as child sexual abuse. It’s just plain wrong to weaponize that against anyone. Not everything needs to be fodder for party politics.

This is what happens when the right installs their thought leaders off of some “based” tweets and rhetoric and doesn’t demand they compete in primaries. You get immoral and unethical frauds. This ass was handed the OH GOP gubernatorial nomination for being the Trump plant in the primary to box out DeSantis from being able to spar Trump directly. I hope everyone is happy. And I hope Vivek has learned some hard lessons- all the “based” bros who elevated him to play block for Trump, have already thrown him far under the bus. Anyone who elevated this dumbass is disqualified, in my mind, from anything serious.
🚨 VILE: Vivek Ramaswamy’s new attack ad against Amy Acton features her estranged mother, who stayed married to the man who sexually abused her daughter at age 12, even after his arrest. Now even conservatives are calling the ad disgusting. The horrifying story behind Vivek’s attack: meidasnews.com/news/viveks-s…

Most of Europe waited too long to realize what was happening. But hopefully the veils are coming off of the candidates and their movements here before we have to go through what’s happening over there.
Abdul El-Sayed gets angry when asked about whether he still mourns the death of Ayatollah Khamenei. Abdul: “I’m not interested in talking about this, ask about healthcare instead.” Reporter: “That’s weird, since you talk about foreign policy a lot.”

The presence of terrible evil creates moral clarity. The Soviet Union served as a reminder of the evils of communism. Hitler’s Germany served as a reminder of the evils of Nazism. Palestinian terrorism serves a reminder of the evils of Arab-Islamic supremacy. I would prefer a world with none of these evils. But they serve as a reminder of how bad these ideologies are, and how evil you are if you align with them.

The stories of the incredible rescue of the FlyDubai flight to TLV make this one for the history books. Hollywood isn't creative enough to come up with stories like this! 6 Day War, Entebbe, Mossad pager operation & other moments & now this.
He asked ten times for the suitcase so he could change before meeting the Prime Minister. But Netanyahu didn’t care. Yaniv came off the replacement flight into Ben Gurion still in the shirt he wore in the cockpit. The blood stains were the attacker’s. He apologized for it like a man late to a wedding. Netanyahu pulled him in, called him the honor and the hero, and asked how he’d done it. Yaniv didn’t give a speech. He said we’re a nation of lions. Then he introduced his wife Meital and his daughters, because that’s what you do when you’ve just pulled a diving aircraft out of a hole and the first thing on your mind is not to look sloppy for the country’s leader. The plane was about an hour from home when the lights went out and someone screamed. The stabbed captain got the door open before he went down. Yaniv went in, pulled the man off the instruments, called two others, and hauled the yoke back because the nose was pointed at the ground. He later said he knew what to do because he had watched Air Crash Investigation. That’s a civilian deciding, in a split second under immense pressure and chaos, that the aircraft was not going to finish the job. Western capitals will spend the next week talking about procedures and statements. What this video actually shows is the thing the West lacks in equal measure. Israelis still move toward the door. They still put their hands on a man who is trying to kill everyone on the aircraft, then worry about a suitcase, then stand there with their children while the Prime Minister touches the blood and doesn’t flinch. That instinct is why our people are still here. The rest of the West keeps waiting for someone else to open the door. I’m so proud, more than ever today, to be an Israeli. The world can hate us all it likes. We fight to save innocent lives no matter what the cost. Our enemies kill innocent lives for a false god and a fake prophet. And the rest sit terrified of shadows, watching their own demise, shouting at the only people who refuse to die at the hands of savages. Am Israel Chai 🇮🇱💪🏼

Terrible to see all these ambassadors to the UN walk out on Israel. Not nearly as many walked out on Iran yesterday — even after they machine gunned 40,000 of their own people.

25 years later, the terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001 seem both raw and distant. On the one hand, the news reports that day have been seared into the American consciousness like few, if any, events in American history. The heroism displayed by the civilians and first responders who risked — and in some instances gave — their lives to rescue others from burning towers represents the American spirit at its finest. This is also true of the selfless actions of the passengers on United Flight 93, who spared hundreds, if not thousands, of innocent civilians from a similar fate that befell those killed in the WTC. On the other hand, the unity displayed following those attacks seems like a distant memory. America has since been chastened by suboptimal outcomes in foreign conflicts, has foolishly imported foreigners who hate the US, and has largely forgotten the lessons of 9/11. We don’t commemorate today’s 25th anniversary because “somebody people did something,” as one member of Congress has claimed. The US was attacked by foreign Islamic jihadists who were willing to kill as many civilians as possible in furtherance of their religious and ideological agenda. That agenda is as present today throughout the world as it was in 2001. Indeed, it is much stronger within the borders of the United States than it was on the day of the terrorist attacks. Honoring the memory of those killed on 9/11 requires us to be clear-eyed about the belief system that precipitated the terrorist attacks and the ongoing threat posed by that belief system. Never forget should mean never forget

Always been a simple matter to me. States - themselves- should determine their own laws regulating the sale/distribution of meat within their borders. I trust states wisdom to regulate clean kill houses & the processing of meat. It’s inherently not the domain of the Feds.
