WE'VE JUST REPEATED B1 + ULTRASOUND APPLICATION TO REPAIR BRAIN FUNCTION
This is why you don’t just eat chicken and rice and you eat the gelatin like we’ve been saying. Your soft tissue injuries are a diet issue.

Avoid heavy fat meals close to your workout.
Fat slows gastric emptying, which can leave you feeling sluggish and may delay the digestion and absorption of the nutrients you’re trying to get in around training.
A better approach is to keep fats lower in your pre- and post workout meals, then have the majority of your daily fat intake in meals furthest away from training and in your pre bed meal.
One small nuance is that fat doesn’t meaningfully reduce total nutrient absorption in a healthy person, but it does slow the rate at which food leaves the stomach, which is why lower fat meals are generally preferred around training, especially if performance is the priority.
Sorry. I should have clarified.
There aren't any "good or bad" carbs for performance.
Rookie mistake: The wrong amount at the wrong time
Specifically, for training, it is just fuel.
2 hours before training:
>Rice
>Pasta
>Potatoes
>Oats
>bread
>Fruit
30 minutes before training:
>Banana
>Toast with Jam
>Rice Cakes
>Cereal
>GUMMIES
During Training
> Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (HBCD)
* Aim for 30 grams of carbohydrates per hour
After Training
> Combo with Protein
> Rice and Chicken :D
> 1 gram per kilogram in the first hour (if you are training again in the afternoon)
A Carbohydrate only becomes "bad" if:
- Cause gastric distress
- Leaves you sluggish
- Makes calorie control impossible
- Does not match the intensity or duration of your session
Don't train like a poosi

Here’s the thing, Max:
There are people out there that believe that…but they do NOT have working brains
That is for certain!

It's good advice. But remember my saying: bad data is good data.
If you can't do it. Then don't force it. But it's a signal you need to start employing some hydration techniques.
Most people think about nutrition seriously. But hydration as an afterthought.

Imagine telling someone learning the piano to switch instruments every six weeks.
Or telling an entrepreneur to change businesses every six weeks.
Or telling a writer to switch languages every six weeks.
Nobody would recommend that.
Because they understand that skill comes before mastery.
The same is true in the gym.
Every exercise has a learning curve.
Before your muscles can get the most out of a movement, your nervous system has to learn it.
The better you become at an exercise, the more stable you are.
The more stable you are, the more force you can produce.
The more force you can produce, the better the training stimulus.
If you keep changing your program every six weeks, you never spend enough time beyond the learning phase.
You keep paying the cost of learning.
You never collect the returns of mastery.
Change your program when you’ve outgrown it.
Not because six weeks have passed.
