If you’ve ever been on the unfortunate end of a BPD rage, remember:
1). People in a BPD rage, especially if they are aware of their diagnosis, actively hate the rage and struggle to stop it as it happens.
2). Borderline Personality patients feel emotions on a MAMMOTH scale with regularity, thus making blowups harder to prevent.
3). As soon as the rage is over, the borderline is going to feel deep, crushing shame.
