The Jacksonville Jaguars window is this year. They have two future head coaches at both coordinator spots in OC Grant Udinski & DC Anthony Campinele.
We’ve seen how difficult it is to replace coordinators in the following years—from the lions, 49ers, and Rams.
I don’t think there is a player at the QB position alive playing better ball right now than Trevor Lawrence. The run game is cooking, and this defense is LEGIT.

I’d expect the Texans to be low end sellers and to have a very busy Monday depending on how this game goes Sunday.
I think it would be uncharacteristic of Nick to do nothing at all.
It’s not surprising the Seahawks are benching Sam Darnold this week and giving him an injury designation, he probably could use the mental break. I thought their offense looked well with Drew Lock.
I think the Texans could be doing the same right now with D Mo, groin injury and he’s out four weeks now with little details on his progression.
They might be shopping him, who knows.
Which is why I’m pleading for him to get away from the 5 man fronts. Put that extra body back in the middle of the field to roam especially when that’s where your biggest weakness is. But there’s a few underlying problems beyond that..
Guys aren’t sticky enough in coverage to get the qb off his first read, potentially to offenses attacking our leverages and getting the ball out quick by that.
Second, we can’t generate a pass rush in the middle. Getting Naquon back might be the fix all though, and Demeco said it in his presser Monday what he hopes to get with acquiring Naquon. “Help with pressure up the middle”

I’m curious what we’re so mad at Caserio about right now? I’m not defending him but I try to be realistic. Sure he’s had questionable decisions that always turn out to be the worst when they don’t work out, never when they happen.
We can’t blame him for 6 years, only 4. Those first two years he alone brought this franchise back. Not the McNairs that were living in the shadows.
What we doing? I’m curious because Demeco deserves half of the blame we give Caserio.
This isn’t David Culley or Lovie Smith. This is “Coach Cap,” a whole homecoming for him. He had his hands all over the org at least these last 3 years if we’re not counting his rookie, learn the ropes year.
