MP Jivani’s cross-examination reveals how Mark Carney helps his friends with your money. It’s a club.
Conflict of interest law isn't being applied to the Prime Minister's friends. Carney’s longtime friend Dan Goldberg runs Telesat, which just got a $2.3B federal contract. I asked the Ethics Commissioner why. I didn't get an answer.

Go home. Canadians don't want whatever you are brewing up.
🛬 Touchdown in Montréal 🇨🇦 Rarely have I looked forward to a Summit this much. An ocean separates Europe and Canada. Yet we have never felt closer. We have a new ambition: bringing Canada closer to us than ever before, as Associate Member of the EU. And we want to take our unique partnership even further. With an Alliance for the Future, we will stand together and respond to a world of growing rivalries. Montréal, we’re about to write a new chapter in our shared history.

I always see people saying “ what has Pierre done in 22 years in Parliament” nothing. This doesn’t look like nothing to me. Save this and enlighten the ignorant people out there when they take that ridiculous angle.

Remember when we were all told Canada's future was in Europe? 🇪🇺 Germany, France, Italy and Greece just blocked the draft Canada-EU declaration, two days before the big summit in Montreal. Their problem? Nobody can explain what "associate member" actually means. One EU diplomat: "It does not mean anything, it is not in the treaties." Meanwhile, back home, food bank visits just hit a record. Maybe fix the house before redecorating, eh? 🇨🇦
🚨 BACKFIRING🚨 Major EU States just blocked a draft Canada-EU declaration over the undefined “associate member” status. After all the talk of bringing Canada closer to Europe, what exactly is this plan, and why are some of the EU’s biggest states pushing back?

I’m gonna form the New World Order. I’m gonna start a defence bank. I’m gonna join the EU. I’m gonna give my wife $1.2 billion taxpayer dollars to goof around with. I’m going create a sovereign wealth fund with your money. I’m gonna abolish the Indian Act. None of these were in Mark Carney’s platform.

Nobody wants this. Not even the EU. We already have a free trade agreement - why subject ourselves to Brussels?
The EU was split today over whether to offer “associate membership” status to Canada, with several countries refusing to sign off on a statement containing that phrase just 48 hours before a summit between the two sides in Montreal. vist.ly/5q6qw

Hold on a second. Canadians have been told, for months, that a key tenet in the Prime Minister's whole trade strategy is "walk away from Washington, pivot to Europe". Now we find out his own officials told him in December 2025 that the pivot runs straight into a wall? The EU's carbon tariff hits Canadian steel, iron and aluminum, the same metals already hit by U.S. tariffs. And even though, with great fanfare, the Prime Minister is forging ahead with some kind of "associate membership" for Canada in the EU, an exemption is "not currently possible." In other words, he sat on that detail for 10 months, until an access to information request forced it out days before he hosts the Canada-EU Summit. So the plan is: turn down the August terms that were agreed then disagreed to in three days with the U.S., tell workers Europe is the answer, and quietly know Europe is putting up its own border charge. According to the @CBCNews report, that charge is close to $900M a year in exposure in Newfoundland and Labrador, $792M in Quebec, and adds up to $150 more per tonne of steel by 2034. And recall that he weakened the carbon price in his Alberta deal while knowing that, with it, he made an EU exemption even harder to get. What kind of diversification is it if you're trading one tariff wall for two and hoping nobody reads the memo?

What do you know? Another misleading title, this time from CityNews. "Nearly 75% of Canadians" is not accurate. its Canadians POLLED. Last I checked I didn't get a poll on what I thought about seeking closer ties with Europe and neither did nearly everyone reading this post. It's very easy for them to poll a thousand people in a liberal city and then say 75% of Canadians support this to manipulate public opinion.

This is false. Read his quote. CTV is making things up in an attempt to divide conservatives. The ideological, unscientific tanker ban that is arbitrarily applied to one region of the country and not others, has always been opposed by conservatives.

If lying by omission was a sport, the @liberal_party gov would own the podium. Adding the word ‘net’ before debt is clever but won’t fool anyone. During peacetime no gov in CDN history managed to double the national debt in just a decade or to ensure that interest payments on that debt now exceed the annual healthcare transfers to the provinces, so how can a Minister make such an outlandish claim? Simple, this gov considers every penny in the CPP fund, in the military, RCMP & public service pension plans as an asset which is deducted from the gross national debt. No competent accountant would ever let this happen. Most of these pension funds are already allocated for retirees. Any surplus funds due to investment growth certainly can be included as an asset but not the entire amount as if the gov could simply stop paying retirees & liquidate these funds to pay down the debt if our loans were suddenly called in. Imagine if you tried to claim that the car you bought on credit for $75,000 that you are making monthly payments on is an asset worth $75,000 so you could use it to obtain a line of credit! Not going to fly with any credible bank! A saying first presented in 1891 & kept alive & well by @coreyhoganyyc gov in 2026 goes like this: There’s lies, damned lies & statistics!
Canada has the lowest net debt in the G7, the strongest credit rating, and debt servicing costs well below historical levels. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be careful with public money. It means we have choices. And in a trade war and an uncertain world, having choices matters.

The EU never backed it. The @EU_Commission President did. This is good lesson for Canadians about the difference btw the EU, the Commission, the Member States & the Parliament. Canadians should have learned this from CETA. Carney should have learned this at the @bankofengland .

Stop lying. Net Dept counts funds from the CPP and QPP which by law the government can't use to pay off debt. " they include the assets of the CPP and the QPP (protected pensions), which were valued at a combined $890 billion as of mid-2025. " fraserinstitute.org/commenta…
Pierre Poilievre has started saying "debt is out of control". Governments do need to be careful about the debt they bring on. But here's some important context as Canada diversifies trade, builds big and supports affordability.

The Ford government were warned about possible OSAP fraud at a few private career colleges for years and did nothing. Now they're punishing ALL students. People who were already approved and enrolled in programs are now wondering how they're going to make rent. Ford needs to stop doubling down on his mistakes and reinstate OSAP now.

Carney's parliamentary secretary of energy just posted a video trying to deceive Canadians. Showing a graph of net debt, making it seem like we have the lowest debt in the G7, in reality net debt accounts for net assets, as in the CPP and QPP, which the government does not have access to to pay off Canada's debts. Thus this is very misleading. The Liberals know full well that the average Canadian doesn't know what net debt means and will just think Canada has a low amount of debt. In reality the Liberals have added more debt to Canada in the last 11.5 years than all other prime ministers combined.

BREAKING NEWS Canadian industries face a massive EU CARBON TAX while Mark Carney secretly negotiates to make Canada a member of the European Union. And let’s not forget, the European Union already imposes massive carbon taxes on its members. Why isn’t Parliament debating this while Canadians are kept in the dark?

He does not own multiple properties. All MPs have to teport assets. He has 1 rental. Look it up in the government data base. That is a chesp shot against his wife. How many of Carney's cabinent are immigrants hsvingg a limo and driver with all the perks they can get. Check out the Liberals MPs on the data base and you will see a large majority of them have 2 or more homes.
Poilievre "owns the libs" by talking about housing and immigration. Meanwhile, Poilievre owns multiple properties, rents to his own MPs, and married an immigrant who lives in government housing right now on the tax payers dime.

Mark Carney can't balance the books, even when he's cooked them. Now, debt interest is costing a family of four nearly $6,000. Every year. He's out of touch. You're out of money. Restore the value of your money and your hard work: conservative.ca/cpc/save-you…
