You don’t even know the requirements to become a pilot, you should probably do some research Google is free, men and women are held to the same exact standards in order to become a pilot, there has been no lowered standards to become a pilot in “recent years” and if that is true Bobby maybe you should link your proof from the FAA website directly, that being said I am not the pilots in this photo, I’m allowed to dress up as a Barbie because I spent 7.5 weeks 6 days a week for 13 hours a day learning about all the FAA FARs and emergency’s and how to deal with all sorts of emergencies you may encounter on the aircraft, I am also trained and aware on how to open an aircraft door and evacuate an aircraft in the event of an during an emergency, I also know in an emergency how to manually inflate a slide if it doesn’t inflate, what to take off the aircraft, how to prep the cabin in an emergency, I am much more trained on an aircraft than you even with my dress, and pink scarf and headband, someone’s looks do not equate to knowledge and how well they may or may not be able to handle an emergency

Homeschooling should be made the new default across the board for boys and girls, but it is especially evil to waste young women's precious years of youth, while simultaneously doing a higher amount of damage to her psyche with all of the fake information being fed into her brain while her emotions are at their most vulnerable/manipulable. A sweeping evisceration of the forced educational pipeline, in combination with a reimplementation of traditional age gap maximalism (parents encouraging their daughters to date up 10+ years), is the clear optimal path forward, and the savior we've been looking for to escape our current feminism-created relationship crisis. Whoever was flying the plane should have made the call to move laterally to avoid the storm cell... they should have recognized how dangerous it was, and were probably too inexperienced to notice the danger. Learjets are also notoriously ice-sensitive, and they should have avoided that entire storm system, or turned back and cancelled the flight. The manual is explicit... "even small accumulations of ice on the wing leading edge can cause an aerodynamic stall prior" She could have been alive today, along with the 8 other people... but everyone has to pretend that the obvious pattern that is in front of them doesn't exist.
